I've never written a bad review before, but I'm so disappointed, I want to let others know how Miss Kay does business. After seeing some of her work, I decided to go ahead and make an appointment to get my eyebrows microbladed. I was super nervous and explained to her I wanted them to look very natural. She assured me they would. When she had finished, I immediately regretted having them done. They were way above my brow bone and one had a peak, the other did not. I didn't know what to say, so I said they looked fine and went home. I returned that afternoon and pointed out to her that I thought they were two high and didn't look the same. She assured me they would mostly fade off anyway and even out and then she would fix them at my touch up appointment in about 4-6 weeks. This was right before the holidays, so between family gatherings, caring for my four young children, a family vacation, sickness (a week long hospital visit for my son), I was unable to make a touch up appointment until this week. It is a few weeks past the recommended time frame of 4-6 weeks, but I had no idea that would be a problem. If anything, it just meant I would need to continue filling them in a little longer. I received a message yesterday stating that since I was past the 6 weeks, I would need to pay $150 for my touch up!! I apologized for being a few weeks late, and told her life had been quite crazy and asked her to reconsider. Kay responded by letting me know everyone goes through stuff, it's not her fault, and she's trying to run a business here!! So, I am completely unhappy with my eyebrows. Kay has $400 in her pocket (I had given her a $50 tip) and she does not care about my satisfaction one bit! I've never been treated so terribly by a business! I also recently found out that Kay is not even legally licensed to do eyelash extensions because she does not have a cosmetology license, however she also does those in her shop! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!
