They had South African Proteas. You only find it in South Africa and mainly from my region in South Africa. I was really impressed

I walked in and smiled at one of the associates. She looked at me, didn't acknowledge and then went back to talking to her colleague about non-business-related stuff. LOL. I'll order my plants online where there's a better selection. The plants and flowers here do look great, though. Quite disappointing.

Lovely little spot with solid coffee/treats and great plants. It’s quickly become to my go-to place for new plants for our little garden and fresh flowers for the kitchen. Staff is friendly and helpful and prices are reasonable. Highly suggestion swinging by and at least stopping for a cup of joe.

Nice place to work or have a quiet drink. They serve the Genmai-cha (and maybe other teas too; that's what I've had both times I was there) really nicely - brewed to the right strength then poured into with a traditional carafe and cup.

What a cool concept. This is a plant store and a coffee shop! The plants are varied and pretty. I can’t say much about them cause I am not a plant person. The coffee is great. We ordered a regular coffee and a flat white. They were both excellent. The seating is limited so be patient. It’s also a relatively small shop. I did love the coffee so this is a great place to grab a cup.

The short version: Bouquet was very disappointing. They told me they don't sell bouquets that are blooming. I really wanted to like PlantShed. It looks like a lovely store on the inside and their potted plants looked great, but I will never be ordering bouquets from here again. The long version: I ordered a bouquet of pink peonies 6 days before I scheduled to pick it up. I was expecting the bouquet to look like the pictures. Unfortunately, the bouquet did not look quite like the pictures and I didn't have a great experience at the shop. When I first arrived, it took them a while to find my bouquet. They tried to give me a bouquet of roses meant for someone else (Eileen) and then they tried to give me a corsage. Eventually the manager was called over and he was quickly able to locate the bouquet. But the flowers in the bouquet were not blooming, they were mostly closed bulbs. I didn't want to give my friend a bouquet of bulbs. I tried to ask the manager about this, but he told me that he doesn't sell bouquets that are already blooming (so that they last longer). I had a few issues with that. 1) Eileen's bouquet that they mistakenly tried to give me was already blooming, so that seems to be a false statement that can't be applied to all bouquets. 2) Why would I go to a flower shop and schedule a bouquet for pickup if I wanted a bouquet that wasn't blooming? Usually a bouquet is used or given to someone on the day they're picked up, I didn't want to babysit the bouquet and then give it to my friend two days later when the flowers start to bloom. 3) If the flowers just weren't ready, they could tell me they aren't able to give me peonies at that time and offer me roses instead - I would have taken that. 4) If they really don't want to sell flowers that are blooming, they could note that in the item description and maybe even add more pictures so that I know that the bouquet I'll receive will not look like the pictures. They also threw away the card I ordered and had to fish it out of the trash to give it to me because they were not able to print out a new card since the order had been picked up. This in itself would not have been so bad, but the overall experience made me sure that I should have ordered a bouquet elsewhere.

I only stopped by here for a few minutes but it was a very unique cafe attached to a plant shop. It's a small place. It's cozy, intimate and quiet.

What a beautiful spot to stumble upon in the city! This place is uniquely designed with exquisite drinks. Pictured on the cortado - which looks as delicious as it tastes - and their seasonal golden latte. The golden latte really surprised my wife and me. The spices blend well to provide a warm, refreshing heat on a cold day. Despite the expense, if you’re in the area, hit up PlantShed Café.

Great addition to the neighborhood. We’ve needed a place like this. Just wish they served more than pastries for food (though they are amazing pastries). Otherwise great and the staff could not be nicer.

I reached out to Plant Shed on June 1 regarding a very special order that I needed, in which, I was told that it was more than enough time to execute my exact needs for a June 13 morning delivery. Briana, who was extremely hospitable and patient placed my order after I reached out. In fact, she went above and beyond to accommodate me including adding in a Hershey’s bar (another favorite of the recipient). My issue, the theme of this arrangement. In the very beginning, I expl...ained that purple hues were a must, should be the only majority color and that purple roses were the preferred and favorite flower. I even asked to be sent photos of the arrangement before delivery to make sure that it was exactly what I wanted. After paying in advance, it was your shops duty to assure that the bouquet requirements were there. The arrangement was exactly the opposite of what I wanted and reminded me of a funeral. I clearly communicated the needs of this birthday bouquet in advance only to be told the day of delivery that you didn’t have a specific flower that I requested and that your staff member made the decision to change it. I’m confused on how you replace purple with white AND change the order without consulting the client and believe that it was ok. This is not fair! I am extremely tearful and overall disappointed. This was a special birthday for a special person and this planning turned out to be a disaster. I trusted Plant Shed with my vision and you failed me. I have nothing to give on my friends actual physical birthday.

The flowers were lovely and that's where it stops. The staff was rude when I explained a problem with their website (the shipping address kept defaulting to the billing address) so I had to call them to place the order. They did not acknowledge the problem was on their end and were non accommodating with my requests. Both email and phone call follow up yielded in an inability to figure out why the website was changing the address. It wasted a lot of my time (a simple website order would have sufficed) with all the trouble shooting. The customer service was disappointing at the end of day and as a small business owner, I would not recommend them to anyone who values their time.
