Plant Shed bait and switched me on my Valentines Day order. I ordered what was supposed to be a $120 dozen-rose bouquet using an online coupon. The picture looked amazing - sleek, elegant, modern in a cool vase. What arrived looked like a cheap, tacky bouquet in a cheap, tacky vase and there was even dirt in the bottom of the vase. I called and was told that the picture associated with my order was for their two dozen rose arrangement. The funny thing, though, was that my order and all of my confirmations showed the other arrangement. AND when I looked on the site, the prices were much cheaper than what they had quoted as the regular price on their coupon. I think I got duped by a bait and switch gimmic with them. I did call them and they assured me that the quality of the roses was top notch and that if I was truly that unhappy with the quality of the roses that they would send a replacement the next day and take this one back - which at the very least would have been extremely awkward. Oops, sorry you got a tacky bouquet yesterday - here's the same bouquet again a day later. I do give them 2 stars and not 1, however, because they were, at least, friendly on the phone and did offer to replace the bouquet. The problem wasn't the roses, though, it was the arrangement not being what I expected or was shown and the one that was delivered was clearly not worth $120. Honestly, if it's an important occasion, go somewhere else. I came to work to find a GORGEOUS huge purple orchid, beautifully potted - done by City Blossoms (don't know much about them other than this orchid, but wow - I will definitely be checking them out for future flower orders, though). I was doubly humiliated with my rose purchase. Lesson learned. Next time I will check out my flower company a little more carefully.
