How do I sort my list of recurring profiles?

Setting up a Recurring Profile is a great way to automate your billing method to save time. ZipBooks lets you organize your profiles in a way that makes sense to you, so that you can find them when you need them.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to ZipBooks and click on Invoices at the top of your screen.
  2. Click on Recurring Profiles in the box on the left. All the profiles you’ve set up will be listed on your screen.
  3. Click on Sort at the top of the list. 
  4. A dropdown menu of your options will appear. You can sort by Start Date (this is the default), Customer, or Total. Choose the one you’d like. 

That’s it! Your list of profiles will appear in the way you choose until you decide to change it again.
