How do I sort my invoices and estimates?
When you run a business and are constantly billing customers, chances are, you have a huge number of invoices and estimates to keep track of. ZipBooks lets you sort those lists for easy organization.
- Log in to ZipBooks and click on Invoices at the top of your screen.
- Your whole list of invoices will appear. (Click on Estimates in the box on the left to see your list of estimates).
- Click on Sort at the top of the list. A dropdown menu of your options will appear. You can sort by Date (which is the default), Customer, Total, Status, or Number. Click on the one you’d like.
Your list of invoices will now be organized according to the variable you chose on the Sort menu. It’ll appear this way until you decide to change it.
