How do I contact ZipBooks if I need help with my account?
We know that everyone needs a little help sometimes, so we offer unlimited chat support. Here’s how to get in contact with us:
From the ZipBooks website or within the app:
- Look at the bottom right corner of your screen. You’ll see a little blue circle with a smiling conversation bubble inside (it’s probably on your screen now). Click on it.
- A Conversations box will pop up. If you haven’t already chatted with us, there won’t be any conversations in the box. Click on the New conversation button.
- You’ll see the faces of some of our friendly ZipBooks representatives. Start typing where it says Send a Message at the bottom of the box.
- Hit enter to send your message.
And that’s it! One of our reps will respond as soon as possible–during business hours, you’ll likely get a response in less than five minutes.
