How do I contact ZipBooks if I need help with my account?

We know that everyone needs a little help sometimes, so we offer unlimited chat support. Here’s how to get in contact with us:

From the ZipBooks website or within the app:

  1. Look at the bottom right corner of your screen. You’ll see a little blue circle with a smiling conversation bubble inside (it’s probably on your screen now). Click on it.ZipBooks Homepage Chat Icon
  2. A Conversations box will pop up. If you haven’t already chatted with us, there won’t be any conversations in the box. Click on the New conversation button.
  3. You’ll see the faces of some of our friendly ZipBooks representatives. Start typing where it says Send a Message at the bottom of the box.
  4. Hit enter to send your message.

And that’s it! One of our reps will respond as soon as possible–during business hours, you’ll likely get a response in less than five minutes.
