How do I collect feedback from my customers

ZipBooks is always here to help you run your business smarter and more effectively. That’s why we make it easy for you to gather feedback from your customers regarding how they feel about the products or services that you offer.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to ZipBooks and click on your company name in the top right corner.
  2. Click on the purple Account Settings button. 
  3. Click on Preferences in the box on the left.
  4. Scroll down to the Invoice and Estimate Preferences section.
  5. Find the Gather Reviews option at the bottom of the box, and click the slider to On
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the purple Save button.

Done! ZipBooks will occasionally prompt your customers to leave feedback for you about your business, automatically.
